What Supervision With Me Looks Like
A space to ask questions, think deeply, and grow into your own clinical voice.
I don't believe supervision should be a checklist of hours, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Those things matter, of course, but meaningful clinical growth happens when we go beyond what we're doing and explore why we're doing it.
My supervision style is warm, collaborative, experiential, and appropriately challenging. I believe in creating an environment where you can show up with questions, uncertainties, successes, and even the occasional "I have absolutely no idea what to do with this client!"
Together, we'll focus on:
Clinical Confidence & Critical Thinking: Strengthening your ability to conceptualize cases, make thoughtful clinical decisions, and trust your developing judgment.
Relational Awareness: Exploring therapeutic relationships, family systems, patterns, boundaries, and how your own experiences influence your work.
Creative & Experiential Approaches: Incorporating play, art, sandtray, and other experiential interventions when appropriate to help clients express what words alone sometimes cannot.
Professional Identity & Growth: Discovering your strengths, developing your therapeutic style, navigating ethical challenges, and learning how to sustain yourself in this profession.
Honest Feedback & Meaningful Reflection: Making room for both encouragement and constructive challenges, because growth requires curiosity, openness, and a willingness to look beneath the surface.
You don't need to have all the answers. You do need to be willing to ask questions, stay curious, and keep growing.
My goal isn't to help you become a therapist who practices just like me. It's to help you become the most intentional, capable, and authentic version of yourself as a clinician..
